Booking
• All children above 12 will be charged as an adult. (Ex. Person Rate + Meal Basis)
• 0 to 4.99 years old is considered as an ‘infant’ and will be FOC when sharing parents’ bed.
• 5 to 11.99 years old is confirmed as “Children” hence only 50 % will be charged from our
set menu when shared with parents’ bed.
• Children below 5 years will be free of charge.
• We are not blocking or making tentative reservations therefore before making the advance
payment please is kind enough to double check availability with us.
• Cancellations received before 31 days or more notice, will be refunded in full.
• Please kindly note that, due to the prevailing situation in the country, refund payment will
follow up in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Furthermore, In the event of a “no show” or cancellations made on short notice, refund
payments will NOT be made.
However, given any unavoidable circumstances, date amendments will be considered
(Within the applicable period)
